My personal review:

The first thing I noticed about these lens were that they were soft!  They don't dry out my eyes and they don't give me that scratchy feeling.

These will definitely show up on dark eyes, I have very dark brown eyes and as you can see in the picture, the lens are very opaque.

It does have a bigger diameter so it will enlarge your eyes for most definitely.  Even for a big diameter, the lens still don't feel dry on my eyes.

NEW Fruit of the Earth On the GO lotion spray (baby softness moisturizer)

I know a lot of brands are coming out with these lotion sprays, but they run out quickly, at least they do for someone like me.  I absolutely hate rubbing lotion on my skin.  It's time consuming and I have to do it everyday.  I got this spray for $4 at my local Walmart.  $4 as opposed to $6-$10 for the other brands.  The only thing I don't like about this is that the smell can linger on, but my skin does feel silky smooth and hydrated.  Even with some lotions I can put it on and my skin doesn't feel hydrated.

These come in 3 different kinds, let me know if you try these and how you like them ;)

NEW Hard Candy Glamoflauge Lite Concealer swatches!

Website Description: Cover blemishes, scars and all other imperfections with the ease of Glamoflauge Lite. The blendable, double-ended concealer stick comes with two different colored tips for customizable color combinations, allowing you to achieve the perfect skin-tone match.

I am a fan of their original Glamoflauge, but most times I feel as if it's too heavy for me.  These are supposed to feel lighter (they definitely do) while offering coverage.

I got it in the shade light but that's how I like my underye concealers ;)

I swatched these on my arm and they feel cream, no tugging, but not too creamy if that makes any sense.

Let me know if you've tried these and what you think.

Easy Affordable Way to Clean Your Makeup Brushes!

I've been washing my brushes this way for a month now and I LOVE IT!

Glycerin soap has been around for a now while.  This glycerin bar smells good, but the best part about it is that it gets every dirty spot of foundation off of my brush.  Even the toughest foundation to remove!  (Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay in Place)  It leaves no trace.  I don't have to spend a long time washing it because it gets the makeup off quickly and it doesn't product much suds.  Because it doesn't produce a lot of suds, rinsing is a breeze making time go by much faster.

I've tried the oil and dish soap, but sometimes I found my brushes to still have oil on it if I didn't clean it good enough with dish soap afterwards..or dish soap would just have too much suds that I would spend a long time rinsing out the suds.

Hope this helps you guys!  I really do enjoy washing my brushes this way.

New ELF Matte Lip Color in Coral ♥♥♥

Loving this color even though it doesn't remind me of coral.  It reminds me more of a nude peach..right?

So excuse my foundation shade..I'm trying out Rimmel's new Stay Matte foundation and picked a shade that's lighter than my skin tone, doesn't help that I have self tanner on either.

PROS:
Pigmented
Staying power is good
doesn't tug my lips
$3!

CONS:
can by drying
packing gets dirty easily but that's just the packaging

Feather Hair Extensions, Ombre, Neon, Colorful!

Feather's Anyone?

I wanted some fun change in my hair so I looked around online to find the best deal I could for quality rooster feathers.  I found there here: The Feather Outlet .

The Feather Outlet has so many different combinations of colors for the feathers, I had a hard time deciding but I decided to get the ombre and neon styles.  My hair reminds me of glow sticks, I love it ;)  I'm love color!

Real rooster feathers can handle heat and you treat them the same like your own hair.  I was able to put these in with microbeads so they'll stay in my hair.  You can also glue the feathers onto a hair clip of your choice, or whatever you'd like.  I didn't find the colors to fade in these feathers.

Personally, my favorite ones are the grizzly ones!  They look so cool in real life.

Don't forget to check out the Feather outlet if you are interested in purchasing these.  You won't regret it and the owner of the shop is really sweet.

Motive Maven's Sculpt Series Contour Fire Palette review

Description taken from website:
Primary Benefits of Motives Mavens Sculpt Series:
  • Chosen by six Motives Mavens as essential shades for sculpting the face
  • Four shades of crème foundation in warm and cool tones for enhancing your natural features
  • Perfectly sized for on-the-go application

This was my first time trying it out and this is I guess my first impression.

All of these shades are very creamy and pigmented.  The most pigmented one is the furthest one to the right.  The consistency reminds me of Bobbi Brown's corrector concealer, creamy and pigmented.

I'll update you guys and let you know what I think of this.

NEW China Glaze Gelaze UV/LED polishes! Swatches + Review

I woke up this morning (yes this morning) and checked my email.  Normally I skip Sally's emails because they don't have great sales all the time but I saw BOGOF China Glaze Gelaze in the headliner..

Oh YES!  The best part was reading that these don't need a base coat.  I'm currently out of my gel base coat right now so this was a win win win!  I got ready and told my husband I have to go to Sally's!

Not all of the colors were there and I was very prompt with making sure the cashier gave me two for free since there weren't any sale signs up.
Description from Sally's website:
The benefit of a base coat and gel color in one formula
100% Pure Gel Technology cures under UV / LED light in 30 secs
34 dynamic shades to choose from
Polish lasts chip-free for 10 days

I decided on these 3 and of course the top coat.

♥Purple Panic is as pictured, the pretty color I believe almost anyone can pull off.  It does have a slight blue undertone.
♥Shocking Pink is not as pictured, I've tried and tried different lights and it always comes off more pink than coral.  I honestly believe this is more of a coral/pink than anything.
♥For Audrey of course, is your Tiffany's color.

The color payoff on these are great, probably the best ones yet!

I've tried Finger Paints, Red Carpet Manicure, and Kiss's gel polishes.  Most of them were sheer or the formula was just sort of runny.

These are pigmented, but I want a full coverage opaque nail so I applied two coats on each finger.  Drying was easy and my application process was a breeze since there wasn't a need for a base coat.  The top coat is thick, nothing like Red Carpet Manicure's top coat, but it dried with no problem.

I hope these stay on my nails for a while, i'm loving them so far.

My hands are really dry so don't mind my wrinkly looking finger, I've been cleaning all day!

I just have a small UV light.  I do need to upgrade to a bigger one so curing time will be faster.

Hope you guys enjoyed this post.

Lesson Learned: Why Watermarking Your Images is Important

If you guys are visiting from Pinterest, you'll be familiar with the photo above.  Yes, she's using my picture.  I understand it says "customizable", but if she's already made her own version of this, why can't she just use her own photo?

I contacted Etsy and they said they couldn't say anything to her unless I have legal documents and I would have to fax/regular mail it to them along with 5 other steps.  That alone in itself was frustrating to me, I understand why they set things that way but it makes things in no way, fair for people like me who just want to share creativity without going through the hassle of paying $$ to copyright all of my photos.

Sadly I feel the need to watermark every one of my photos from now on.

Walking the Red Carpet Palette Look . Gold & Bronze, Affordable Eyeshadow Palette

Wet n Wild has released a limited edition palette in their "The Style Award Goes To" collection.

My favorite thing about this palette is the glittery gold eyelid color.  There are also 2 dupes for the Urban Decay Naked 3 palette.  Strange and Darkside are similar to the browbone and crease color in this palette.  Wet n Wild has always been a favorite drugstore gem of mine when it comes to their eyeshadow palettes.

Products used here:

Face: ELDW (3W1)
Maybelline Dream Wonder powder (classic ivory)
Hard Candy Glamoflauge concealer in light
Milani Coral Cove blush
Jane Bronzer

Eyes: ELF $1 eyelid primer
NYX liquid black eyeliner (brush tip)
WNW Walking the Red Carpet Palette
Essence Gold glitter eyeliner (inner corner)
ELF studio brow kit (on brows)
ELF brown gel liner (on brows)
10 pack eyelashes from Tmart

Lips: Maybelline Fuchsia Flash and Electric Orange

For my hair I used Conair's 1.5 inch curling iron and sprayed it with Aussie's Freeze Spray (my HG)
