♥ REVIEW - Tarte Smooth Operator Tinted Moisturizer ♥

My favorite tinted moisturizer! ☺ And I will tell you why..keep reading.

The back of the bottle..

Tarte's description: This weightless formula is no lightweight: packed with skinvigorating™ ingredients this tinted moisturizer will keep skin looking and feeling naturally smooth.

Smooth operator's "water-in-silicone" formula blends into your skin as easily as a moisturizer (and it's oil-free, so it won't clog your pores). The micro-treated pigments diffuse fine lines and wrinkles, giving an even, natural finish
INGREDIENTS: 50 mL / 1.7 Fl. Oz. Active Ingredients: 5% Titanium Dioxide , 5% zinc oxide. Other Ingredients: Aqua, cyclopentasiloxane, PEG/PPG-18/18 dimethicone, octyldodecyl neopentanoate, glycerin, dimethicone, aluminum hydroxide, stearic acid, triethoxycaprylylsilane, calcium sodium phosphosilicate, saccharum offcinarum (sugar cane) extract, pyrus malus (apple) fruit extract, citrus medica limonum (lemon) fruit extract, citrus aurantium dulcis (orange) fruit extract, camellia oleifera leaf extract, panax ginseng root extract, ginkgo biloba root extract, anthemis nobilis leaf extract, kaolin, phytantriol, magnesium ascorbyl phosphate, retinyl palmitate, tocopheryl acetate, tocopherol, tretrahexyldecyl ascorbate, boron nitride, palmitic acid, dextrin palmitate, sodium hyaluronate, sodium chloride, sodium dehydroacetate, phenoxyethanol, caprylyl glycol, hexylene glycol. (+/-): Iron oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499), mica.

This is how it looks when you squeeze it out (obviously).  It is really easy to blend and the reason why I love it is because it doesn't slip off my face.  This also works well under makeup if you want to add powder foundation on top of it to give it more coverage.

PROS:  long wearing
SPF 20
doesn't break me out
light - medium coverage (definitely evens out skin tone)
looks natural
feels lightweight

CONS:  price ($36)
this does oxidize, so try getting one said lighter or getting matched
